Return & Exchange

• Eligibility: Request returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Sale items and custom orders are non-returnable.
• Exchange: Size/style exchanges are available. Contact info@kaaskala.com for assistance.
• One-time exchange is allowed within 7 days. Please choose your size or color carefully, as exchange orders cannot be returned or exchanged again. We appreciate your understanding!
• Return Shipping: Customers bear return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
