Return & Exchange
1. Return/Exchange Window:
Return or exchange requests will be accepted within 3-4 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
2. Product Condition:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
3. Size-Related Returns/Exchanges:
A detailed size chart is provided with every product. Please refer to it carefully before placing your order. For size-related return or exchange, two-way shipping charges (pickup + delivery) will be borne by the customer.
4. Shipping Charges for Returns/Exchanges:
In case of return or exchange, both pickup and re-delivery charges will be paid by the customer. These charges depend on your pincode and product weight and will be shared with you when the request is raised.
5. Processing Time:
Return or exchange requests may take 8-10 working days to be processed. We will keep you informed at each step.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized products
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
7. Refund Policy:
Once your return is approved, we will either offer an exchange or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are only provided in rare cases (such as defective or incorrect items).
8. Defective or Wrong Product:
If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us with photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue on priority.
9. How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request:
- Send us your order number, reason, and product photos via email or WhatsApp.- Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup.
-After receiving and verifying the product, we'll process your exchange or store credit.
